We collect only what we need to run the tournaments: your name, contact details, and the information tied to your registration and scores.

We use your email and phone to send tournament updates, score links, and receipts. We do not sell your information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

You can ask to see, correct, or remove your personal information at any time by contacting the organizer. We follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
