Liability waiver

By registering for and participating in a Lucky Golf Tour event, you acknowledge that golf carries inherent risks, including injury from golf balls, clubs, carts, weather, and the course itself.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Lucky Golf Tour, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the host course from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You confirm that you are physically able to participate, and that you will follow the rules of the course and the directions of event staff.
